Sometimes the hardest thing about cooking is waiting for things that need to chill when they are done...

Just made a big patch of mint chocolate pudding from scratch. Licking the rubber spatula after transferring from pot to bowl, it tastes just like the Thin Mints girl scout cookies. But now it has to chill and set. Made a large bowl, so it will need some hours. 🤤
