What should I cook tomorrow?

@Darkmare Awesome, thanks.This is how I made mine;
I mixed together the orange juice and zest, curry paste, fish sauce and just few tbsp water to make a sauce. Heat the oil in a large wok and added half the ginger and the garlic. Cook, stirring, for 1 min. Added the pepper and stir-fry for 3 mins more. Tossed in snap peas, cooked for few seconds, then poured in the curry sauce. Added the beansprouts and prawns, and continued cooking until the prawns just turned the color then added the noodles then herbs and remaining ginger. Mixed until the noodles were well coated in the sauce and voilà..
(Got the recipe from the internet of course 🤣😂🤣) but I really enjoyed it 😁

@Darkmare hahaha...I must say I will be making it more often as well...I added chilli as well and it was perfect😋

@Tracos Maybe I should. I am not really good in flour. Just can't get the measurements right :( Unless, I cheat and get those ready made ones :D

@Darkmare well.. .in case of a first time lasagna baker I'm sure people forgive you for cheating with ready made (if they ever notice that is) ;)
