Since spices kill bacteria, I'm planning on cooking Indian food the entire month๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ

Plain Briyani rice
Fried Okra
Squid curry (I made it thick)
South Indian Soup

@elafina I like it fried with onions and just a little tamato . A little bit burnt but still standing Okra. Been a while since I cooked it.
Have you noticed how it resemble to meat on taste or its just me

@Reflection2 Haha yea! I like it crispy or when it is inside a curry... mmmmm

@elafina Oh it is very easy!!! I mix the okra with corn flour, wheat flour, rice flour, a little bit of pepper, salt, turmeric and fry it. Some add white eggs to get more flour to stick on the okra (Crispier). ๐Ÿ˜€

@Darkmare oh thanks! are you using fresh okra or frozen?
elafina ยท 36-40, F
@Darkmare and do you slice them like in the picture?
Darkmare ยท 36-40, F
@elafina I use fresh okra. Yes.. it gives that crunch when it is sliced thinner. I added the sesame seeds because I got a lot at home. But it is not required.
