Are you completely honest with peoples cooking?

I just made banana nut bread for my dad for the first time .. I could break a car window with it hahaha
No. Sometimes the flavour, or texture is not the best but I appreciate the effort.

Now, if I am at a restaurant I do not accept mediocre food.

i honestly don't have a sensitive palette. neither much experience in food, to be able to provide constructive criticism. things usually feel and taste fine to my tongue, unless they're burnt, lol. so i'd say, i'm subjectively honest. half-cooked brownies? muah..slightly burnt pizza crust? lovely.

I grade on presentation... and not on a curve. I have been called brutal. But, it's part of being objective and sacrificing feelings for my professional assessment. I'm the best and I want others to be the best.

I usually am but that’s because there’s very little that I try that I don’t like. I’ll eat just about anything. I love overcooked brownies I go for the edges. Banana bread is good you may have to have a cup of coffee to soften it up a little but it’s still like nothing I have ever tasted before. Delicious. Great cook.

Depends who it is. I’m honest with people who express wanting honesty but otherwise I just stay quiet and eat it
