Usually Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners bring out the traditional Turkeys and Glazed Hams. Here's what I enjoy cooking, with a few side dishes of couscous or rice, white or brown or potatoes (mashed or roasted) and a bit of mint jelly and garlic paste mixed for the Lamb.

I do traditional ham, because we are Turkey'd out from Thanksgiving. Lamb would be a welcomed change.
