Do you make your own Sausage Rolls?

First batch is in the oven.
500 grams, 17 ounces, Sausage Mince, 1 large finely diced Onion, 1 1/2 cups cooked Rice, 1
One 170 gram, 6 ounce, Packet Doritos Cheese Supreme Chips, crushed, 1/4 cup, 2 oz, Hot Chilli Sauce
Baked for 25 minutes at 420 F, 215 C

Australian Sausage Rolls are made this way. Such a good way to make them as well because you can put in any ingredients you want.
I sometimes include cooked fine diced Potatoes, Cooked Split Peas, Crushed Garlic.
Anything at all can be used.

Also I guess minced sausage is just minced beef right? Not like chopped up hot dogs

Minced by the Butcher.
I will take a Picture when cooled down. First batch is done.
