Sunday roast

Is there an equivalent to a Sunday roast in the US? Excluding Thanksgiving/holidays? Is there a meal that would be a traditional American thing to have on a Sunday, or would it vary across the country?

@MarkPaul The only time my plate is ever this full is for a Sunday roast though so not really needed most of the time.
