What are some go-to meals you make when you have little time?

I don't have much time to make extravagant meals, just something quick n easy but also hopefully still tasty

Frittatta. I always have eggs, some kind of vegetable even if it's frozen. Cheese if I'm feeling it. You can put anything in them. Serve with crusty bread. Boom.
