Write down everything you eat in a notebook and look up caloric intake. Lol it worked for me! I mean everything even the mini candy bars, cheese stick, yogurt.. everything

Lol exactly but you’ll stop eating when you’re bored just to avoid having to write it down lol@sadiex

Put a rubber band around your wrist. When you feel the urge to snack, snap the rubber band instead.

Depends on what you’re doing while snacking I guess! But if watching a movie always find it better to have someone there to pull the popcorn away!

@sadiex hahaha I’m sure you’re sneaky enough to steal them back!

Padlock the refrigerator, turn off the oven and microwave, and come back to the table and do something with your hands that doesn't involve eating. Anything will do.

@sadiex Have you had your blood sugar checked lately. Thirst, hunger and frequent urination could be symptoms of diabetes or other condition where body is trying to manage its glucose levels. It doesn't necessarily mean that you have it, but a prick of the finger could give you a bit of insight.

Only eat fun sized candy bars in the hopes that the fun will flow through to you?

Difficult to do. You need to have self control, just eat a bit at a time slowly you will get used to that
