@GwydionFrost yes, I just eye-balled it. And the batter was thinner than regular waffle batter but the eggs firm up when it cooks.

@GwydionFrost not runny, I make them and let them simmer on low for about 10 minutes to firm up after I’ve added milk & butter.

@PuppetOnStrings I put a little extra salt and some baking powder in it, very simple. I have a lot of alternative flours but just made this easy one.

@4meAndyou no that would leave an after taste. I made some flatbreads out of chick pea flour and didn’t like the flavor. I use it in beef cotlets & it’s good (lean ground beef, egg, chick pea flour, grated onion & eggs & seasonings).
