Why are mustard packets sooo much harder to open than ketchup packets?

It doesn’t even matter what brand of mustard vs. what brand of ketchup, mustard is always harder to open. If you don’t believe me try it. I asked this at lunch yesterday and my friends just ignored me.

It's a conspiracy. 😱 The government is working with the ketchup lobbyists, trying to do away with mustard lovers. The mustard lover's consumption of mustard is cutting into the ketchup industry's profits. It's been going on for years, and keeping me up nights. 🤪
