What you got for your Sunday dinner?

I forgot about dinner until I read this post. I just took a large package of boneless skinless chicken tenders out of the freezer, and tonight I will build a casserole with garlic rice pilaf on the bottom, the chicken tenders atop the rice, well seasoned with onion powder and herbs, topped with cream of mushroom soup, and topped again with a an entire huge package of frozen broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and yellow summer squash. I'll top the veg with French's french fried onions, and bake till the liquid from the veg cooks the rice and chicken...usually about an hour and a half.
