When you eat a baked potato do you eat the shell with it or just the inside part?

I bake it till its crunchy eat the center then fill with butter salt pepper paprika and ceyene pepper and eat them last.most give me the skin to eat lol

@candycane well, young lady, then the inside is the appetizer for you. You do add to it with that. I can see you in the restaurant with 12 skins on the plate. i do the whole thing usually unless there is dirt.
