Why are people at resteraunts SO LOUD?!

People go to restaurants and then turn into loud, obnoxious morons. Telling LOUD stories about - "How these two big Alsatian dogs, oh how they wouldn't anyone pat them, but oh they let me pat them!!". At the top of their voices. If you go to a restaurant, sit down, order, shut the hell up, eat quickly and piss off.

It wasn't even that cold but the goddamn family with the story about the dog showed up, next thing you know the giant standing heater is turned on and my ear and neck are on fire! Bloody hell it was hot! Bunch of fucking crybabies. If you dont like the cold then eat inside.

@Soossie That's alright! I still got to eat an AWESOME pizza that left me full as fuck!! And my wife and I decided to talk about how in most cases, under a fascist government you're not likely to starve to death while under communism there is a good chance you will. Then we came home and ate ICE CREAM :D
