I've been eating vegetarian for 6 months, do you think lack of something found in meat is the reason for my skin outbreaks?

Or may tofu give such problems?

I've noticed these outbreaks before, I was a part time vegetarian (without tofu or Quorn, I just skipped meat), and I didn't have pimples the month around like I do now when being a full-time vegetarian.

Tofu doesn't give you skin outbreaks and there is nothing in meat that protects you. It mostly depends on what else you're eating. And... there is no such thing as a "part-time vegetarian." If you eat meat, you are not vegetarian. You don't eat any flesh from an animal then you are a vegetarian.

@MarkPaul yes, I was a vegetarian for months, then ate maybe 2 meals containing meat, then I stopped again for months. Could say I was a vegetarian on-and-off for several years. If I start eating meat tomorrow, I'd, with you denying there's any part-time vegetarian, wouldn't have been vegetarian the past 6 months, which I have.

@mercedes810 You can't say you are a part-time vegetarian. That's basically cheating. Just like you can't say you are part-time pregnant, you are part-time married, or part-time a good person. Life doesn't work that way. It just doesn't.

@MarkPaul lol. It does work that way. You could do abortions, be married several times or joke about it. It works 😉

@mercedes810 Listen, honey... you will learn soon enough life isn't meant to be so frivolous. You need to commit and apply self-discipline and a sense of commitment to what you do. Your actions have consequences: marriage is a commitment. Giving birth is a commitment. And, even a good joke takes a commitment. It's time you grow up.

@MarkPaul grow up yourself, life is about free will.

@mercedes810 Well, don't squander it.
