Start chugging water, it helps a little.

I know how you feel. I always ask the basics
1) Hot or cold food?
2) Sweet or savory?
3) Protein or other?
Good luck!

I do prolonged fasting (around 48 hours) every couple of months. What helps a lot is coffee/tea/water--and, the most incredible cure for a grumbly stomach: sparkling water. It completely destroys hunger. It's almost cheating, for prolonged fasting.
Otherwise, fats and proteins will keep you full longer.
If you've been in a deficit for a long time, that could cause an increase in your ghrelin (hunger hormone) levels. Coming off of a couple monthly fasts, I was fucking starving all the time, for awhile.
