What is your favorite vegetable?

I would say mind is zucchini.

I really like most vegetables...but if I had to choose one I;s have to say Brussels sprouts, followed by Asparagus.

I like Brussels sprouts split and cooked on the grill with a little olive oil and salt and pepper. @indyjoe

@rjc36 never had it that way but I'll have to try it sometime (gotta get a grill first though).
