What’s your favourite meal?
The material side of my family is Austrian so I grew up with a lot of their traditional dishes. My favourite is pillow cases and my second is schmarrn.

@LyricalOne It’s just the best translation of the word from German. They’re called pillowcase because they’re first a flat down but rise when cooked in boiling oil. They’re really good. Especially when served with applesauce.

Traditional farm foods, like fried chicken, mashed potatoes, fresh veggies, etc. Can’t eat wheat now so I had to change how I cook.
