a salad with homemade yogurt and avocado dressing, homemade lentil soup and for main course I had tofu patties with barbecue sauce, quinoa, squash and green peas. for desert I had banana, yogurt and almond butter mashed together with blackberries and mango squares mixed into the mash. I had chicken for lunch and I never eat meat more than once a day.
