Well, considering I was a vegan for 22 years my choices would be as follows:

Smoked cashew cheese
Mushroom pate
Pear mostardo
Radicchio salad
Balsamic vinaigrette
Seared shishito peppers with extra virgin olive oil and pink Himalayan salt
Main course
Roasted Artichoke
Tandor glazed Portobello mushrooms
Black lentil masala
Roasted garlic and fenu Greek polenta
Carrot cucumber pomegranate-mint coconut raita
Spicy green mango chutney
Drinks
A First Kiss or Organic chocolate stout
Dessert
Lemongrass Cream Brulee
