What secret ingredient do you add to make your scrambled eggs better?

@4meAndyou I like green onions & scrambled eggs...guess cause it鈥檚 a Cherokee thing. Used to pick some wild onions and make it for breakfast in the spring. Some of the Cherokees have fundraisers for their churches with wild onion-egg dinners each spring.

@cherokeepatti That sounds awesome. For a wild onion, I would think you would have to slice it fairly thin and saute in butter first, I think, for a minute or two, and then add the eggs. The chives are so delicate they can go right in and are cooked when the eggs are done. But now I am going to have to try the green onions...馃槈
