I used to work at a drug rehab as a volunteer, and the women there all used tabasco on their fried chicken, on their scrambled eggs, and on their Jag. It is fabulous on top of bread and butter pickles which have been placed on top of a hamburger, and you can add it to any gumbo, chili, jambalaya, taco, or other Mexican food. Marinate shrimp in the sauce, and tuck them inside hollowed out cherry tomatoes as a fantastic appetizer. Mix it with ground horseradish and ketchup to make your own version of shrimp cocktail sauce. Mix Tabasco with a little oil and a cup of white wine vinegar or plain white wine, and a tablespoon of sugar, and a tablespoon each of chopped cilantro, cumin, coriander and a tsp of salt and marinate chicken in that mixture 24-48 hours before grilling on the BBQ.

Not a gallon all at once - but spaghetti sauce, chili certainly, even for salad dressing with a little kick.
