I like mildly spicy food. I made a soup last week and put an entire package of sliced andouille chicken sausage in the soup, along with brown rice, black beans, onions, a large can of chunk chicken, two cans of chopped tomatoes, red pepper, green pepper and chopped celery. I also put in one tablespoon of Cajun seasoning and about a teaspoon of black pepper.
It was too spicy for me. I can JUST manage to eat it, but I am only eating it so it doesn't go to waste. If I ever make it again I will skip the Cajun seasoning and I will only use two of the andouille sausages.

@Dancingxghost I used a quart of chicken broth as the base. And put in about 1 tsp salt and a tsp of Better than Bouillon.

@Dancingxghost Oooo. I actually saw some Peruvian chinese fusion being prepared on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, and it looked amazing. She did this peruvian fried chicken sandwich with some kind of chinese sauce. It looked amazing.
