Keto diet, any opinion or advice?

On one hand low carbs is the way to lose weight, but on the other too low - ie ketosis for prolonged periods can interfere with your thyroid in that it inhibits the conversion of T4 to T3 hormone and thyroid problems can present a whole range of weird symptoms. I dropped my daily carb intake down to about 100g maybe 80g. I personally wouldn't go below 50g for the reason i mentioned but others may have a differing view on this.

@Disturbed12 I lost all the weight i needed from 80g - 100g per day. I also had advice from my local gym's fitness trainer. Professional advice is definitely the way to go with something like this.
