Been following it for 8 months now I think. I like it. I also intermittent fast along with it. If you want some great advice on it look up Dr Eric Berg on YouTube.

@Disturbed12 I do. I break fast around 5 or 6pm usually. Or earlier if I'm really hungry. I listen to my body. Also, I didn't do it for weight loss, I just wanted to eat cleaner. So my carbs come strictly from veggies.

@Peaceful I too don't have weight problem. These days just I try to avoid sugar and I eat less bread/rice. But I'm unsure of the amount of meat intake and some veggies.

Also, keto is high fat (healthy fats, medium protein and low carbs. But green leafy veggies you can do all day long).
