What spices and herbs do you put in rice?

I make rice a couple of different ways. Depending on what meat I am serving it with, I put Better than Bouillon Chicken or beef bouillon paste right in the water before I add the rice, usually a good heaping tablespoon for 2 cups of dry rice. It makes plain but well seasoned rice. Another thing I do is add 1/4 cup each of red and green chopped frozen peppers to the rice while it is cooking, and when the rice is done I add 1 can of Rotel Tomatoes. This makes a nice, spicy spanish style rice.
