@latinbutterfly I have been looking for a good mexican casserole recipe. A coworker of mine used to make one that was to die for but I lost the recipe. Hers was kind of like a lasagna, layers of meat and stuff and layers of corn tortillas. I can figure out that part but not the spices.

@katielass My mom would make something like that when I was kid. Haven't had it in many years.
