I try to but I’m impatient and don’t know how to use spices properly But here’s some salmon, shrimp and veggies from the bbq with some rice I made once.
@latinbutterfly I have been looking for a good mexican casserole recipe. A coworker of mine used to make one that was to die for but I lost the recipe. Hers was kind of like a lasagna, layers of meat and stuff and layers of corn tortillas. I can figure out that part but not the spices.
Raspberry vinaigrette chicken, with a Craisins, Honeycrisp apple, Walnut, cucumber, tomato salad, Like making roasts .. Recently I made chicken marsala which came up pretty good
