Depends...in the morning, Lungo with milk and sugar then afternoon an espresso

Black sometimes with cinnamon

With a little caramel macchiato creamer:)

My blood pressure is crazy high for someone my age, so I'm cutting back. But I have gross amounts of sugar in it. I'm basically a toddler. =(
