Crispy af. If it's chewy, I'm not eating it.

To eat on a plate as bacon, mostly crispy, with a little bit left chewy. For a sandwich though, has to be crispy in order to break apart.

It needs to be chewy, but with some harder areas. Not too salty. Not too dry.

A little bit crispy. If there are any pieces of uncooked or non-rendered fat, I can't eat them.

Almost to the point of being crispy, but not enough that it is falling apart.

Should be a combination of both.
