How do you like your bacon?

Chewy, crispy, or a combination of both?

When the bacon is so crispy that it falls apart when you pick it up, it's kinda ruined for me, but I'll still eat it. 😋

To eat on a plate as bacon, mostly crispy, with a little bit left chewy. For a sandwich though, has to be crispy in order to break apart.
