I prefer cooking meals. When you make a casserole it's a lot like baking a cake. I fixed a casserole tonight, frozen to done in an hour and a half, sliced frozen chicken breast in the bottom of an 8x 8 inch pan sprayed with cooking spray, 1 bag Asian stir fry vegetables, frozen placed on top of chicken, 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup spooned on top of vegetables, and 1 small package chicken stuffing mix prepared to package directions, covered and baked at 350 F 1 hour 30 minutes. It was great!
