Uh...I don't know any dishes from my country, lol. My family immigrated there, so I only eat food from, like, China or Mexico, but not from the country I was born in.

filled dumplings made from white cheese , mashed boiled potatoes and fried onions. Boiled , then left for a day for the starch to penetrate the dough , then you have to fry it in butter to almost golden color. Eat hot with thick sour cream.
