Cereal either corn flakes or rice crispies since I got ibs I gotta be careful what I eat. And since they pumping everything with sugar these two are the least sugar based cereals I've found.
Even damn granola and muesli has sugar oh and them raisins-we're not friends.
Can't even get a glass of that dehydrating cranberry juice it's all sweet and thirst inducing.
