What meat are you having for Christmas Dinner?

We normally have multiple different meats. Chicken, beef, pork, lamb, duck, turkey... 😋 i cant wait!

I am making pot roast with cabbage, celery, peppers, onions, potatoes, carrots in one big roaster. Meal in one pot! cool! and two pecans pie. Christmas dinner.

I always go my brother’s house, so I’m not sure. It is usually turkey or ham as the main course though.
