I do a couple of very special dishes. Filet Mignon au Poivre au Provencal, Camarones Flores, Chicken, Ham, Hot sausage and shrimp gumbo, Marinated (spicy) shrimp and cherry tomatoes with chopped basil appetizer, watermelon and mango skewers served on half a watermelon, and much more.
