Is presentation important to you when it comes to food ?
For example, do you take presentation into consideration when cooking for someone or if someone were to cook for you?

I used to think a lot about presentation when I was making platters of appetizers for my singles group. I was the Hospitality Hostess. My shrimp and tomato appetizers were beautiful on the platter, and my watermelon and mango skewers were presented on a halved out round watermelon in a watermelon decorated bowl. Some of the people in my group used to call me Martha Stewart.
BUT showing off your skills for a group is different for me than cooking at home. When I am cooking for myself or for a friend, I worry more about flavors.
