@FurryFace I got up and tasted it this morning, and then I tasted it again...😂...it'll be better with some baby carrots, potato chunks and green cabbage cooked with it.

@FurryFace A little bit salty but good. They usually put them on sale right after St. Patrick's day at one store and I might just have to buy them up and freeze them for later, they freeze up better than plain meat.

@cherokeepatti huh good to know about freezing corn beef and a corn beef sandwich dipped in plum sauce is good too

@FurryFace Yeah I bet it would be. I guess the salt in it helps keep it fresher even while frozen. I thought it was a roast and thawed it yesterday and then saw it was a corned beef so I stuck it in the slow-cooker.

@FurryFace No it didn't, but it was tender enough to eat...

@FurryFace I put it on warm now and cooked it on low last night.
