Too much sugar and foods with Omega 6 and not enough with Omega 3.
Our ratios needs to improve and my understanding is too little of them is bad and too much of them is bad. So we needs to lower Omega 6 and increase Omega 3. And a lot of it simply hidden in why type of oil was used to prep the food and totally hidden.
Omega 6 oils are cheaper and in all kinds of junk food...
Taking up to 2,000 mg of omega-3 per day from supplements is safe according to the FDA. Speak to a healthcare professional if you take blood-thinning medications or have a bleeding disorder.
