What exactly do Americans consider to be lemonade?

Because here it's a fizzy drink like Sprite or 7 Up.

You're wrong and you should feel bad. Sprite and 7 Up are lemon-lime flavored sodas, not lemonade. Lemonade is a mixture of lemon juice and water, with added sugar, and NO CARBONATION. If it's fizzy, it ain't lemonade.

@SW-User No it's not lemon water. Lemon water is when you put a slice of lemon into a jug of water and it gives it a weak lemon taste. Lemonade is very strong and quite sour.
