What exactly do Americans consider to be lemonade?

Because here it's a fizzy drink like Sprite or 7 Up.

Basically the same thing without sparkling water....lemon juice, sugar and water.
When sparkling water is used, we’d call that a lemonade fizzy or lemonade soda.

@SW-User America is ass backwards on a lot of things and the rest of the world is often correct about it but in this case, the yanks are completely correct. Lemonade is not fizzy.
