If you have been good for 16 days I think it is not bad to have just one or two donuts but maybe with tea 😁I do that sometimes n still have flat tummy!!

@GavS91 Thanks.But I exercise regularly.I like Zumba,fightdo,quickhiit,kickboxing n sometimes just brisk walking if I want to be alone.

A good healthy meal plan and some weight training and you can eat your doughnuts every morning and still keep a toned flat mid section.
