@EugeneLovesLife there are 2 cuisines that work brilliantly with vegetarian. Indian and Italian.
Honestly there is so much you can do with the available choices that I could not choose one specific favourite.

Ive never had Indian vegetarian cuisine. It honestly sounds amazing. Now Japanese and Mediterranean vegetarian cuisine Ive had, and attempted to cook. And those 2 were extremely flavorful as well.

There are many recipes online. YouTube is good for this. I often experiment with new recipes from it.

This is making me want to cook now. And that sounds amazing. I have watched some youtube videos and recently went fatass and made spicy fried buffalo cauliflower with green onions and ranch dip in the side. Cot DAMN it was good. My next project is my first ever veggie burger.
