I don't really do it consciously but I LOVE vegetables and all the things you can do with them. It kinda just happens naturally, several times a week.

At least twice a week or more..some meals have little meat in them..a large salad with some grilled chicken goes a long way. Or soups with a little meat. There are ways to stretch it out.
