Man idk, I assume Ice cream has better nutritional value just because it's like, got eggs and milk and stuff
The only shaved ice I've had has been mostly water-based with sweet syrups poured over it, so there shouldn't really be much nutrition in it

It really depends on the rest of your diet. Like if you're not eating any fat at all otherwise, definitely go for the ice cream. But, shaved ice would have fewer calories overall.
