Liable to be filled with acid and bile. Skull cavity filled with festering poison, but no brain tissue that we can detect. Probably rancid, especially around the heart, which is extremely difficult to find. Skin appears to be edible, but is actually an alien substance impervious to visual inspection. Not at all what it seems.
