I love Mexican food but can't eat cheese or any dairy. What Mexican food could I order at a restaurant with no cheese or dairy?

You need to go to a taco truck. There's no cheese on a real taco, just meat, onions, salsa and cilantro.

@rottenrobi Ooo. Not too many Taco Trucks in Massachusetts....🤣 I want to learn to cook my own Mexican food at home, that way I can control the prep, but I need some dish ideas that are delish with no cheese.
