I don't go back.

Just once, then it's on to the desert bar!! Like three of those crunchy topped apple things with vanilla ice cream and some chocolate topping.

I just usually get one plate and then dessert. I only go to buffets because I don’t have to order and wait for food.

Too many.... one of my addiction issues is binge eating when stressed. Social interaction can often stress me so a buffet is a perfect storm for me.
