Salt. When I watch my sodium intake I'm not as sluggish and feel better overall. I don't wake up with my mouth and skin feeling like paper.

@AprilBaby042 Reducing my sugar intake has had the same effect for me.

@amObsolete I need to reduce my sugar intake too. It just hasn't been as easy as the salt for me.

@AprilBaby042 I use negative reinforcement. I associate sugary foods with the lethargy and horrible dry mouth I get when I eat them. This has worked for me.
