Yeeeep. That's an issue, alright. That's why I think meal prep is so important to healthy eating. I do a lot of cooking on the weekend and then store all the food in the freezer, that way I can just grab one and throw it in the microwave, instead of having to make something from scratch every single day.
It can be done in an hour or two, on the weekend: cooking ebough meals for the week ahead. Though, the first few times it'll likely take longer. Unless you focus specifically on easily cooked meals.

@Tatsumi very true. And I'm kindof new at healthy eating anyway. Trying to slowly get away from jarred and canned stuff. I do have a few microwave meals but I do them for work. I have the makings for a sandwhich but I just don't want it. I sometimes make stuff and make enough for a few days. I need to always search online for recipes. I get so burned out.

I went to 8 places this afternoon and got home in about 2 hours, I don't know how I did so much in only 2 hours having to drive across town. The stores weren't busy though and that makes a difference, seems like people might be broke after the holidays.

@cherokeepatti i see. You must buy organic. Goto grocery every week? Kinda have to go often, especially if eating healthy

@iamnikki Only if organic is on sale otherwise I can't afford it. I did buy 5 pounds of organic carrots at Sprouts market (and some green beans) and went to another health food store that had coconut oil on sale and bought 3 of them, Aldi's for the basics and Walmart to get some creamer cause their's doesn't have carrageegan in it.
